The wine vinegar Arrigoni has no expiration date, as well as other everyday foods.
On the capsule is reported only the lot of packaging that uniquely identifies the product.

PULP, PAST,) ARE ITALIAN?
Yes, we only use Italian tomatoes. Each production batch is analyzed by laboratories that verify that quality standards are those required by us. The activity is also accompanied by an external laboratory that checks that the product is what we requested, so all our products are monitored with a dual control.
HOW TO PRESERVE THE PRODUCTS ARRIGONI

Once opened, keep in the refrigerator for a few days.
WHAT ARE THE CODES AFFIXED
CANS OR ON THE CAPSULE?
These are codes used to identify uniquely each product since they correspond to the initials of the manufacturer, the production batch and date and year of packing.
The codes are established by the Ministry of the producer and provided by law.
CAN I EAT THE TOMATO SAUCE
IF THE CAPSULE IS "CLIC CLAC"?
Absolutely not! The capsule is the type twist-off and just serves to ensure that the bottle has not been tampered with once leaving our warehouse.
