HALF SLEEVE PEASANT
Ingredients (for 4 people):
400 grams of half sleeves striped
80 grams of peas average ARRIGONI
50 grams of cooked ham (a very thick slice)
30 grams of pine nuts
2 hard boiled eggs
½ mozzarella
1 dl cream
salt
extra virgin olive ARRIGONI
onion
preparation:
Cut the ham into cubes and put them to fry in a pan with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive ARRIGONI, along with 2 slices of onion.
Add the pine nuts and peas ARRIGONI.
Cook the pasta in salted water, drain it al dente
and pour it into the pan. add the cream and saute for a few minutes, carefully turning the whole thing.
At your convenience, you can add the boiled eggs crumbled
and the diced mozzarella.
